plant the seed

This is exactly the kind of hope that an entrepreneur needs when making the decision to begin.  We grow as a person when we dare to plant seeds for our future.  Think of a future which you design!  

Just like the process of planting a tree, we begin our company not knowing how the world will be tomorrow.  In fact, we only know that we will take steps to grow our dreams.  These are great steps that take courage and belief in your future.  

I hear entrepreneurs become frustrated after their first year.  But, remember that it takes years for a tree to grow tall and it takes at least two to five years for your business to mature.  We must continue to work towards the future.  To envision the future and those thoughts will create what we seek.  No matter how many bumps in the road, we must focus on a future.
